At Clear Horizons ADHD Coaching & Training, I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone I work with.
Safeguarding the wellbeing of clients, participants, and those in my training sessions is an essential part of ethical and professional practice.
My Commitment
- I take all reasonable steps to protect the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults who engage with my services.
- I maintain appropriate professional boundaries in all interactions, both online and offline.
- I am alert to signs of potential harm or abuse and understand the steps to take if a concern arises.
- I treat all information shared with confidentiality, care, and respect — and only share information if there is a legal or safeguarding requirement to do so.
Checks, Training & Supervision
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check in place
- Regular safeguarding training completed and updated
- Ongoing professional supervision to ensure ethical reflection and accountability
- Insurance and professional accreditation held through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
