How Our Sessions Run
Sessions are usually 45 minutes, held online via Zoom.
Most people meet fortnightly, but we can adapt the pace depending on your energy, needs, and circumstances.
Before we start, you’ll have a free 20-minute discovery call to see if emotions coaching feels right for you.
There’s no obligation, just a calm space to talk, ask questions, and get a sense of how we’d work together.
