1:1 Coaching for ADHD
Personalised support shaped around your brain, your needs, and your pace.
Coaching offers a calm, accepting space to make sense of how your brain works and what supports you best.
Coaching That Meets You Where You Are
Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring ADHD within a broader neurodivergent profile, you’re welcome here.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we start. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you and what helps you move forward in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.
What We Might Explore Together
Each person’s experience is different, and sessions adapt to what feels most relevant to you.
Common themes include:
- Managing overwhelm, motivation, and burnout
Learning to work with your energy in ways that prevent burnout.
- Planning, prioritising, and following through
Breaking tasks into manageable steps that actually fit how your brain works.
- Understanding emotions and building regulation strategies
Exploring how feelings and experiences interact so you can respond with more self-compassion.
- Working with executive function challenges
Identifying tools that support organisation, memory, and time awareness.
- Developing supportive routines and daily systems
Building practical structures that work with, not against, your natural patterns.
- Strengthening confidence, self-trust, and momentum
Recognising progress and rebuilding belief in yourself.
- Prioritising rest and self-care
Making space for what keeps you well like sleep, movement, healthy eating habits, and time to yourself.

How ADHD Coaching Can Help
ADHD can shape every part of life: focus, energy, emotions, relationships, and self-esteem.
Coaching helps you understand these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Along the way, I’ll share knowledge and theory about ADHD to help you strengthen your understanding of your brain and experiences.
You’ll build a clearer picture of what helps you thrive, learn strategies that fit your real life, and develop the confidence to create lasting change.
Many people describe feeling calmer, more focused, and more at ease with themselves after coaching.
How Our Sessions Run
Sessions are usually 45 minutes, held online via Zoom.
Most people choose to meet fortnightly, though we can adapt the rhythm to suit your needs and capacity.
Before we begin, you’ll have a free 20-minute discovery call to ask questions and get a sense of how I work.
There’s no obligation, it’s simply a chance to talk things through and decide if this feels like the right support for you.
You don’t need a diagnosis to work with me, and sessions are always shaped around your communication, learning, and processing style.
A Collaborative, Compassionate Space
You won’t be told what to do or handed a to-do list.
Coaching is a shared process where we explore ideas, ask helpful questions, and find ways forward together.
My role is to hold space, offer structure when it helps, share relevant knowledge about ADHD, and support you to make sense of what’s going on, so you can feel more resourced, confident, and in control.
