One-to-one, parent carer, and emotions-focused coaching, helping you understand your brain, build strategies that fit, and move forward with clarity.
A Space To Pause And Breathe
When you’re feeling busy, overwhelmed, or hard on yourself, coaching offers a calm, accepting space to slow down and make sense of what’s going on.
You don’t need to have everything figured out, just curiosity and a willingness to explore what supports you best.
Sessions are shaped collaboratively and flexibly, around your energy, communication style, and what you bring that day.
A Flexible, Collaborative Approach
Everyone’s experience of ADHD and neurodivergence is unique. Coaching with me is flexible and person-centred, grounded in empathy, acceptance, and curiosity. Sessions can include a mix of reflection, learning, and practical strategies, depending on what you need and what feels most helpful that day.
Personalised support to understand your brain, find clarity, and move forward in ways that work for you.

Support for parent carers balancing advocacy, overwhelm, and self-care, grounded in lived experience.
Supportive, strengths-based ADHD coaching for children and young people aged 10 and over.
Why Coaching?
Coaching gives you space to slow down, explore what’s going on, and figure out what matters to you, alongside someone who’s qualified to help you make sense of it all.
You don’t need to have everything worked out before starting. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just know something needs to shift, coaching can help you find clarity and momentum.
It’s a chance to:
- Explore challenges without judgment
- Understand your brain and what supports you
- Make sense of patterns in your life
- Strengthen your self-trust and self-esteem
- Find your own way forward
Coaching isn’t about quick fixes or changing who you are.
It’s a collaborative, compassionate space where you’re listened to, taken seriously, and supported to make changes that feel right for you — in your own time and in your own way.

What Sessions Are Like
Each session is your space, shaped by what you bring, what you need, and where you are that day. We go at your pace and focus on what feels most useful to you in the moment, while keeping in mind what you’ve identified you’d like coaching to help with.
Sometimes it’s about making sense of emotions or patterns that have shown up throughout your life, with me asking questions to create a space for you to think, feel, and explore.
We can also bring in psychoeducation, information, for example, around executive functioning, to help you understand yourself better and feel more equipped to move forward.
Sessions are adapted to suit your communication, learning, and processing style. Whether we’re holding space for emotions or making sense of something complex, we do it together.
