Ethics & Approach
My work is guided by values of empathy, respect, collaboration, and curiosity.
This means:
- You’ll always be met without judgment.
- Your confidentiality and autonomy are respected.
- The pace and structure of our work are tailored to your needs.
As a member of the EMCC, I follow the Global Code of Ethics
I don’t offer prescriptive solutions or “fixes.”
Instead, I create space for reflection, discovery, and meaningful progress — always grounded in compassion and evidence-informed understanding of ADHD and neurodivergence.
Accessibility & Inclusion
Accessibility and inclusion are integral to my practice.
Sessions are adapted to meet different communication, processing, and sensory preferences, and materials are designed with clarity and simplicity in mind.
You can read more about this commitment in my Accessibility Statement.
