You don’t have to have it all figured out
Hi, I’m Becky, an ADHD coach with lived experience, specialist training, and a deep understanding of what it’s like to navigate life with a different kind of brain.
I’m also a certified Emotions Coaching Practitioner, blending evidence-based insight with empathy and curiosity.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring things out, this is a space to feel heard and supported.
Whatever stage you’re at, I offer personalised support shaped around your needs and pace.
